T.H. was convicted and given a 275 year sentence for rape, burglary, and robbery. He claims that he was unfairly arrested, held without his seizure medication (causing him to pass out), immediately interrogated, and presented as the rapist to the media. He claims that at trial faulty forensic evidence and witness testimony were presented with no response from his counsel.
