A.S. was convicted in 2001 for reckless manslaughter of his fiance and sentenced to 30 years in prison after trial. He states that he is innocent, and that his fiance's abusive brother killed her but was never a suspect. He states that the paramedic who was present working that day lied, and that the 911 tape was fabricated and the operator lied. He believes the tape was edited out of court by the prosecution. He states that there was no DNA evidence presented at trial.
