J.S. was convicted and sentenced to 17 years. She claims that she never hurt her children and says her children testified to this fact. She reports discrepancies from the daycare workers who reported it, detectives, and the Department of Human Resources. During trial, she claims that she was initially offered probation, but she did not choose to due to her refusal to say that she hurt her kids. Furthermore, she reports that there were no injuries on the children except for some bruises.
