Legal claims

K.R. claims that an individual received a "secret agreement." K.R. also claims that someone revealed K.R.'s whereabouts on a date in 1992 (presumably an alibi) to the District Attorney in 2016. Additionally, K.R. states that around 2016-17, K.R. learned that a witness had told their grandmother that he had not seen the shooters’ faces because they were wearing masks, and K.R. informed the District Attorney of this. K.R. also claims there was knowing use of perjured testimony. K.R. raises claims of deficient attorney performance. K.R. has a pending clemency petition.
