J.S. was convicted in 2011 and sentenced to 50 years to life. J.S. claims that the sole witness to inculpate him committed perjury and that a prosecutor committed fraud on the court in relation to it. J.S. has an ongoing post-conviction proceeding in state court and a post-conviction motion pending requesting forensic testing.


Procedural issues

J.S.'s direct appeal and coram nobis petition were denied. J.S.'s federal habeas petition has been held in abeyance.
