I have many issues on my case. All of them point to my innocence.

Legal claims

J.G. relates that the death at issue was initially deemed a suicide, and he was charged one year after the incident. He claims that various kinds of forensics became the central issue in the case. After trial, a prosecution witness supplied an affidavit to the District Attorney’s Office and appellate counsel stating that J.G.’s trial attorney’s inadequate cross-examination of her left the jury with a false impression of the statistical significance of the DNA evidence. J.G. also raises claims of deficient attorney performance, states that prosecution witnesses gave false testimony, and claims that the prosecution committed error in summation.

Procedural issues

Conviction appears to have been affirmed on direct appeal.
